VTech Announces InnoTab 3 Children’s Tablet

So VTech just announced the InnoTab 3 which is a tablet aimed at kids and it’s attractively priced at $69.99, but I can’t find anywhere what operating system it uses?! The tablet has a 4.3” touch screen, a 2mp camera with 2gb on-board memory but you can use a microSD card to add more storage space if need be. it comes with 15 apps built-in and you can get more from VTech and it even has a stylus along with microphone.
