Sceptre Launches 24 Inch 1080p LED HDTV with Built In DVD Player

The new Sceptre is 24 inches and has 1080p resolution and it has a built-in DVD player. I’m not sure why they didn’t include a blu-ray player as it would have made more sense I would think. Still a 24 inch 1080p HDTV with DVD capabilities for $400 isn’t bad I guess as it does have multiple HDMI ports so you could attach a blu-ray player easily and other devices.

Sceptre unveils their newest 24-inch LED HDTV, an all-in-one unit with built-in DVD player designed to bring a touch of color and outstanding graphics into the most compact spaces. Designed with convenience in mind, Sceptre’s newest 24-inch Color Series eliminates the need for a separate DVD player and its unsightly wires by integrating it into the HDTV.

Sceptre’s newest HDTV is also the only 24-inch HDTV in the market with a swivel base to magnify viewable angles.  Sceptre further enhances the HDTV’s convenience by equipping the HDTV with multiple HDMI ports, including an easy access side HDMI port, that deliver superior digital video and audio from external sources through a single cable, and a USB port for easy picture viewing and music listening from a flash drive.

Sceptre’s newest LED HDTV can be easily connected to gaming consoles, smartphones or tablets, and features a crystal clear 1080P, 1920×1080 high resolution LED panel rated at over 50,000 hours of life.  It is also equipped with a variety of internal features aimed at making entertainment safe, including Parental Control settings that limits program availability based on TV ratings and a sleep timer to limit viewing or playing time.

“The 24-inch Color Series LED HDTV with Built-in DVD player is an all-in-one entertainment system for compact locations,” says Cathy Chou, vice president of operations, Sceptre.  “Consumers crave convenience, quality and affordability, and our newest product delivers on all fronts.”

The new 24-inch LED HDTV, part of Sceptre’s Color Series, comes with an elegant brush pattern bezel that elevates the style of the HDTV by adding texture to the look.  It also comes in a variety of vivid colors to perfectly blend or highlight any décor, including white, pink, red and black.

Sceptre’s newest 24-inch Color Series LED HDTV is currently for $399.99 at Amazon, Best Buy, Costco, Sam’s Club, Target, Sears’ Marketplace, and Walmart.  For more information about this or the entire line of Sceptre products, please visit www.sceptre.com
