It’s National Piano Month

You might be wondering what pianos have to do with tech right about now right? Well it’s national piano month as you can see from the headline up there and a company called Korg has come up with a microPiano with dimensions of 30.79 x 11.46 x 5.47 in. It’s not a regular piano of course, it’s electronic with built-in speakers and 60 built-in sounds along with 25 one-touch musical phrases for you to play with and there’s even 40 demo songs included. You can run it on six AA batteries so you could take it with you. So it’s tech related right? For just $499 you can have one for yourself.

Korg’s microPIANO digital piano is charming, conveniently sized, and designed like a grand piano – complete with an opening lid! Small in size, the microPIANO features our expressive 61-key Natural Touch mini-keyboard, carefully designed to provide true playability. The bold, smooth grand piano sound uses the same stereo samples as Korg’s flagship digital pianos, generating full-bodied tones with depth and character. This instrument provides pure piano enjoyment.
